Minuteman Press Pflugerville is a b2b printing company. We’re a locally owned business that takes pride in our professional service and products. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented team member to support both customer service and print production.
This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into full-time as skills develop.
What you’ll be doing:
• Assisting customers by phone and in person
• Managing leads, quotes, work orders, and follow-ups in our system
• Supporting print production and finishing work
• Helping maintain an organized, professional workspace
• Occasional local pickup & deliveries
Compensation: $15 - $22/hour (based on experience). We will train you according to our skillset matrix. Pay increases as you gain skills.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Is reliable, organized, and coachable
• Is comfortable with computers (Google Docs, basic office tools)
• Willing to learn and take the initiative
• Values quality, consistency, and teamwork
Great Fit For People With Backgrounds in:
- Customer Service
- Hands-on & love to create and produce projects
- Printing, signage, or Design
Valid driver's license required. Must be able to lift at least 25 lb+ boxes.
