Small Business Owners have to spend just as much time thinking about how to enter their business as they do about how they will exit them. Our Small Business Initiative is here to provide resources, information, and creative ways to own and operate your business. Join us to hear this succession planning tool that is growing in popularity!
Succession Planning Through Employee Ownership
Half of Texas businesses are likely to sell in the next 5-10 years yet most business owners do not have a succession plan. Employee ownership allows owners to transition company ownership to employees rather than third-party buyers, keeping the business operating and retaining jobs in the community. Learn about the powerful benefits of employee ownership for your company, yourself, and your employees.
The Texas Center for Employee Ownership is a nonprofit dedicated to expanding employee ownership across Texas and a member of the national Employee Ownership Expansion Network (EOX).
