2018 - Grand Opening - CrossFit 3 Strands
Grand Opening Event to announce the opening of CrossFit 3 Strands. We will start with a group workout. We will provide free food after the workout. Small businesses will be set up for shopping and free samples as well as demonstration. This is a come and go type of event.
