SUMMARY:2021 - April Luncheon Managing Mental Stress During a Pandemic
DESCRIPTION:Self-care is essential\, and the global pandemic has forced us to examine how we manage stress both personally and professionally. Navigating the uncertainty of the pandemic over the past year exacerbated things exponentially. Please Join the Pflugerville Chamber of Commerce for our monthly luncheon webinar on Tuesday\, April 13\, 2021 at 11:30 a.m. to learn how to best manage the unforeseen stress brought on by our current events. Our guest speaker will be Lindsay Vogel\, Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Baylor Scott & White Health. \n\n\n\nLindsay Vogel is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who attended the University of Texas for her undergraduate degree\, and Texas State for her Master's. Lindsay's background includes crisis intervention\, mood and behavior disorders\, anger management\, and health and wellness (as she is also a Health Coach and former Personal Trainer). Lindsay's passion lies within overall health\, as it relates to the mind body connection. Lindsay works as a Psychotherapist at Baylor Scott and White and has practiced at both Pflugerville and Round Rock locations for over a year.
